Allows the busy excutive to delegate check signing with complete confidence. It is impossible to operate the machine without two keys, and the case lock prevents tampering with the signature plate (which can be removed and lock up for security purposes). A seperate switchlock prevents an imprint from being made by an unauthorized person. A visual counter that can only be reset with the case unlocked.
