All stations to be visited are programmed into the computer as the "Watchman Stations". No computer transfer station. Watchman data is downloaded directly from computer.  Computer software generates and maintain Watchman data. Many other uses such as Job tracking, Job costing, Inventory control, Material tracking, Machine monitoring, and Industrial inspection and Billing.

40% glass reinforced polycarbonate housing. Internal locking to prevent tampering. Uses 9V alkaline, lithium, or Nicad batteries. 32K EPROM memory, 2500 registers per filling cycle. Keeps data with absents of power for 10 years. Systems components consist of: C200 Recorder and carrying pouch, ARES software license (CD-ROM), DB9 Interface cable, Incident message booklet, and ARES recording station mounts (25 ea.)
